I've noted this in the readme. I did run into something similar in my build on one of the streams. I think I depinned the crimps and swapped them.
Also, you already mentionned this but the hotend fan is extremely low quality. It stopped working about after a week. It resulted in the hotend mount meltdown, the hotend crashed into the bed scratching it badly. The bed was bent and the x rail just unscrewed itself. It's a major issue. I thought to myself that using the kit fan until I got my gdstime fan would be a good idea, but no. I now have a tach fan.

Two of the fans connectors from the umbilical to the board where wired in reverse. It caused the hotend fan and the blower not to work properly. Quick fix was to shave the end of one of the wire so it fit in reverse.
