Yes, the feature request is related to the problem of efficiently classifying DNA sequences based on their nucleotide patterns.

I would like to develop a machine learning-based classification system for DNA sequences. The solution should include the following steps:

  1. Data Acquisition
  2. Data Preprocessing
  3. Feature Extraction
  4. Model Training
  5. Model Evaluation
  6. Comparison and Analysis
