Seamless switching between localhost and remote execution #17

Due to the differences in the way remote resources and localhost are specified (6 keys vs 3) the repex/bin/repex file needs to be edited. This should not be the case, since specifying resconfig.json should be enough.

This is potentially a simple fix.
