Updated Categories Sections and Cards UI for the issue #419

Description

In this pull request, I have updated the UI for the cards section on the hero page as described in the issue. The changes include a redesigned layout and enhanced visual design for the category cards. Additionally, I have added hover effects to improve interactivity and user engagement.
