Resolution Issues #8

Multiple errors occur when playing using the 3 smallest resolutions... (SPACE ONLY) "Are you sure" portion of quit window obstructed with the "yes" option unclickable. "No" option does not close "are you sure" pop-up. Buyback begins to stack upon itself, allowing the buyback of multiple items VERY quickly. Space background seems stretched in the distance, though only where the skybox outline would be, as if the edges don't quite make it. UI becomes unclickable in these 3 sizes once a Windows-based pop-up occurs. I was reminded of a Razer update, returning to the game made me unable to change characters. Notably, this doesn't happen in my usual resolution (1680 x 1050), but has occurred at least once in each smaller resolution.

Further to note, with the buyback aside, these bugs seem prevented by simply not maximizing the window.

I will look in to not allowing the client to be smaller than the menu panel. I think the issue is that your trying to make the screen smaller than the dimensions of the panels.
