My iterations for a visual display of 9 people's birthdays.
Each piece is a different visualisation of the birthdays of everyone in class, with reference to the decade - the 1990's.
My final iteration comprises of unpredictable outputs based on a set of rules and conditions.

Please document your work. One really good example you can look at for how you probably can document an information visualization project could be seen at Giorgia Lupi and Stefanie Posavec's Dear-Data Project.
We saw this example in class - Week 04 - A Week of Mirrors
If you scroll down you can see the way in which both of them have documented each week of work. It would be extremely useful for each of you to go through all their work, process and documentation.
My suggestion when it comes to your documentation is similar in nature; you could start with your final output, a bit about the data, your rules, your assumptions, your process(with images), iterations and afterthoughts.
Assignment 1 & 2 submissions due on the 8th, August, 2016 - Monday afternoon - both on Black board and on github.
Conditional Design - Create a common data-set from the birthdays of everyone in class. Create rules and conditions on your own to create interesting visual representation of this data set.
Present the artifact from assignment 1 - Discussion, peer review and feedback in class. Post your final output here.
