[x] setup dist branch
[x] host app.srspass.com on github, in security review consider if GH or on-prem is more secure and trustable
[x] proxy to cloudflare

could ci everything up, including building... but for now, I'll manually build and upload dist, might be part of my signing workflow a la https://github.com/SrsSec/SrsPass-pwa/issues/16 for the production part anyways. Will consider CI for staging build tho.
