The program throws me this message: 2024-06-13_202252

Firstly, there's no JRE 16 but JRE Version 8 Update 411 (by the time of writing this message). Maybe you meant Java Development Kit? Anyway, after I installed the last version of JRE the program still gives me this message.

Also the program looks blurry on Windows Scale above 100%.
