Schematics lose name/author when new schematic is created/updated

Describe the issue

When a new schematic is created, old ones can lose their name and/or author

Steps to reproduce

1. Copy an area
2. Name and create a schematic
3. Copy a different area
4. Name and create a different schematic
5. Review the name and author on the first schematic

Expected behaviour

Schematics should maintain their names/authors

Information

An addition quirk is that name/author can be regained temporarily if the schematic that is missing this info is loaded onto a tool. This leads me to believe that this is visual bug.
