[Request An Update]: vigor4 #1031

What container needs an update?

There are not updates for VIGOR4, but there have been updates to the VIGOR4_DB repository.

I'm unsure how vigor4 is used routinely, so I'm not confident that I can update this image, but I'm more than willing to collaborate with users of vigor4 to update the image.
