latest release on github is 0.5.5, but latest release on pypi is 0.5.8. probably best to install via pip/pip3

Started a dev branch cjk-ngmast-dev, will continue working on this when I'm able

isPcr is a PITA to install and there is little to no documentation for it (it's an old tool). will likely just install via micromamba through the bioconda channel
