RE-001 Web-to-lead #15

Create public site and add web-to-lead form. Site should have your company branding. Form should contain following fields:

  1. First Name*
  2. Last Name*
  3. Email*
  4. Phone
  5. Product of Interest* (picklist - [Apartments, Business Premises]
  6. Company (required if Product of Interest is Business Premises)

Form should have all validations which you find necessary (e.g. email format, phone number format) After submitting thank you page is showed to the customer, lead is created in SF.
