Add option to set whether a result is performed globally or locally #696

When a path has been completed and its results are performed, I would like to specify whether a result will always happen (locally) or only if it has not been performed yet on any of the servers Autorank is connected to (globally).

This means I want to make a distinction between a result that will be performed on every server (local) or only once per server group (global). You can add an option to a result stating whether it's local or global.

This is implemented in the upcoming release (4.3.1).
