Time is not logged on first join

Hi,

Hope you are well?

We have an issue where a player data is not available when they first join.

If you do /ar check it says there is no player or path named 'name'

As soon as they leave and then rejoin it can then be tracked?

Is there any known error for this?

So if I understand correctly, the user is not recognized when he joins for the first time? When he leaves and rejoins, then he is recognized?

Hi,

That is correct.

Unfortunately we have now moved from AutoRank as this was causing major issues.

I have used autorank in the past with no issues so this was a shame. I will however consider in the future if this bug is fixed.
