Merged in customogl changes during CCT2 #37

This was merged from the head of my customogl repo. You can see the commit history of these changes at https://github.com/harterc1/customogl/commits/master.

In github, some of the whitespace looks off in the mapinfo.txt files but they look normal in notepadd++. Sorry if this causes much inconvenience.

Thanks for the contribution. FYI updating all the separate mapinfo's wasn't necessary! The base lgofnoc/mapinfo.txt is included for all maps, so unless there was something config-specific, only that one's necessary.
