ClassifierException handling for prompt rejections
Don't include Default (still image history) in projects list
Move function to create vid from frames so it can be reused
UI to import a project settings file
Change frame_args from dict to typed FrameArgs class
type checking fixes
make out_dir on Animator optional for easier SDK use
