Hi @ebeshero our team is ready to be evaluated.

For My contribution to this project: I worked on the Network and Analysis pages, as well as the general styling of the website. I worked on the SVG graph and networks in cytoscape. Since there are so many nodes and edges, when I exported the file as a png, jpeg, or svg, the data was completely illegible, so I just decided to take a screenshot. There was no other choice!

For Min: She created and organized the Methods page and helped with Regex autotagging and Xquery.

For Jimin: She was in charge and responsible for the website and administering the general look of it. She put most data on the homepage.

As a group including Dr. B: We all worked on organizing the Spacy package in python as well as adjusting a few things with Xquery.

Overall, I believe we all fairly contributed towards out project and came out very successful. And I want to thank my project team members for such an amazing work and of course very special thanks for Dr. B for always there for us to rescue us from any trouble issues.
