While I was reviewing https://github.com/StackExchange/Stacks/pull/1543 I realized that we were using a pretty old version of playwright that somehow gave me webkit problems in my Mac M1 Sonoma setup at least. First thing I did was to update all dependencies which fixed the problem.
Apparently the new version of playwright/web-test-runner slightly changed our baseline (~1%) images too. This is why this PR regenerate a lot of images.
