SOFTLAYER provider is unmaintained #1079

SOFTLAYER has no maintainer. If you are interested in volunteering to maintain it, post a comment! Will train!

I will take it up. I have access to SoftLayer DNS... If any issue comes up you can ping me

Generally this provider is pretty stable. What I ask is:

  1. If their API changes/breaks, submit a PR to fix it.
  2. If people ask questions specific to the provider, I'll ping you to answer it.
  3. Maybe once a year or less I make a global change and ask each maintainer to confirm I didn't break their provider.
  4. If the provider depends on an external module, keep it relatively up to date.

Could you send a PR that updates the OWNERS and docs/provider-list.md files? (and also remove the note from docs/_providers/softlayer.md)
