https://github.com/StackStorm/st2/pull/5564 added Changelog checker for stackstorm/st2 based on https://github.com/marketplace/actions/changelog-checker which works for PR forks.
90% of the PR reviews in Exchange were about asking to add the missing changelog and version. We'll need GH Actions automation for StackStorm-Exchange notifying users to update 2 things via PR checks/messages:
