Remove st2mistral and postgresql roles as part of deprecating st2mistral.

Closes #270

FYI considering the breaking changes with mistral deprecation, I'll release it as v2.0.0 Ansible-st2 galaxy version (latest is v1.7.0) https://github.com/StackStorm/ansible-st2/releases
