Update to new ChatOps #6

Current demo (from 2015) was built around StackStorm's v1.0 ChatOps: https://stackstorm.com/2016/06/06/a-brief-history-of-chatops/

Update it to reflect recent ChatOps changes. Requires refining st2-chatops-aliases pack as well.

@LindsayHill I've updated the EN blog post with new Screenshots and GitHub gists as well.

But I see more tiny inconsistencies, will polish a bit in next several days.
