Remove EL6 from builds #75

Remove EL6 from st2-enterprise-auth-backend-ldap.

I couldn't find any other el6 rpm specific logic in this repository.

I searched all files for 6, but if there is something in there without a comment then it might have got missed, but was the best way I could try and find anything EL6 specific.
