PR #73 didn't work. Hopefully this will.

Removing CircleCI configuration. I deleted the CircleCI webhook (note: not just deactivating it).

Additional unrelated commits are from trying to kick CI in PR #73. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I had to go into this repositories settings, go to branch protection for master, and remove the requirement that the ci/circleci check pass.
