Run button off-screen on "RUN" and "RERUN" #732

Usability bug: "Run" button moves with a panel for both RUN and RERUN cases. For RUN, it's on the top left, and is off visible screen when I enter the parameters at the bottom.

For RERUN, its bottom right and it's off screen for the most common use case - rerun with the same parameters - make me scroll down to it - extra moves.

For "re-run" - a panel at the bottom of the dialog, or floating buttons. For "run" - call UX & visual designer.

Was just about to open a new issue when I found this one. It would improve the usability a lot if the buttons are always visible and you don't have to scroll. I think the most common use-cases are to run the same action again, so you either want to submit it or maybe check the preview first if in doubt. Another idea in addition to the two mentioned by @dzimine would be to have these buttons on the top right.
