Fix: #1 "Get Started" buttons on homepage not working #6

Fixed the 2 nonfunctionalGet Started buttons on homepage by adding href attributes with suggested the url https://docs.stackstorm.com/overview.html.

For stackstorm.com PRs, similar to https://github.com/stackStorm/st2 core we'll enforce 2 Approvals so it needs another :+1: from the @StackStorm/tsc member to merge it.
