Change build shell from /bin/sh to /bin/bash #117

In order to just run build.sh without having to change a bunch of things in our build system.

Please rebase from HEAD in stackdriver-agent-5.5.2. Also, you could have simply invoked /bin/bash ./build.sh, right?
