Make MongoDB per-database metrics optional #142

The users can select the metrics via configuration using the option ExportDatabaseMetrics, which defaults to enabled for backward compatibility.

These metrics generate amounts of data proportional to the number of databases, which can get costly.

We decided not to pursue this path.
