problem: Cannot connect to local-run mindmachine when useing WSL and windows #3

My problem is that my mindmachine cannot connect with interface successfully

My mindmachine is running on windows wsl xxxx@LAPTOP-D6KDF79V:~$ sudo lsof -i -P -n | grep LISTEN cliListen 594 qspang 9u IPv4 22706 0t0 TCP 127.0.0.1:1031 (LISTEN)

When I open index.html, the top-right is not spinning, but it only keeps showing welcome page as below. image

It would be great if anyone can help. Thanks!

I just patched the Mindmachine, it should probably fix this. Can you pull the latest and try again?

FYI you won't be able to connect until after it successfully reproduces the current network state (when it reaches the current Bitcoin block height). So when you see a lot of OP_RETURNS flashing past just wait for it to finish.

It also can sometimes take a while (like 5 mins) to find the latest state, it will stop on Looking for a kind 640001 Event to catch up to our peers until it does.

Just successfully connected, here is some reference for those who run mindmachine on WSL2 and have interface at windows host. (If running process of mindmachine doesnt have any bug~~~)

  1. change config.yaml to follows, the last line is 0.0.0.0:1031 instead of 127.0.0.1:1031

  4. open index.html
