Equalize column names across the scripts : make them same as the final output variable #23

Use the same names during the calculations so that the formula can be pasted as a string directly.

The table used for plotting should have the same column names as the complete data - so plots can be made by directly importing the data and sending it to rmd script

Would it be useful to add a column with the dd.WWxx number in the complete data output file? I have found it difficult to figure this out sometimes
