Expected copies of virus [BCoV Stock] x vaccine vol. / WW volume   Measured copies of virus

[copies of BCoV] per ul RNA = [copies of BCoV]  per reaction well / vol. template in reaction 
[copies of BCoV] per ul RNA x  F ul RNA/ ml WW  x  (1e3 ml to ul unit conversion)

  Variable name references (plug into equations)

F = 1,000 = 50 ml WW/ 50 ul RNA 
Vaccine vol = spike_virus_volume
