Need to write functions to retrieve data from sheets : for backwards compatibility

Each time any column names change in the intermediate sheets, we need a way to alert the data retrieval so that multiple old and new data sheets can be combined.

If there is only 1 thing downloading that data, there is no need for a separate function. Check if this is the case for

• data dump
• complete data
• WWTP only data (this one remains consistent over a long time)

Future work

• Need to incorporate new column name changes into this for real backward compatibility
• Need to incorporate these functions in 3-weekly.. and other functions in ad-hoc scripts branch
