Streamline the code down from current 455 lines #62

  1. Remove unnecessary outputs to google sheets in 1-processing.. script
  2. Condense the vaccine and B117 side scripts into their own scripts details
    • Incorporating user input about spiking
    • Future goal: Condensing the vaccine spike parts of the code into a separate scripts with functions invoked when spiking is present
    • Make sure to create a dummy column in the end for Recovery_fraction -- since HHD is expecting this -- Or inform HHD to remove Ct and Recovery_fraction since these are obsolete columns
