Test FPS of the player's plane with three different values:

Removed 30 FPS , since it's bad for the eyes to even watch it.
Added 45, 60, 75 FPS choices. Default value of FPS is 60 ,if you choose something different than 45, 60 or 75. This is only for test purposes
Speeds are the following ...
- 45 FPS -> 4.5 px per iteration
- 60 FPS -> 3.5 px per iteration
- 75 FPS -> 2.5 px per iteration
Added print statement to show the info about speed and current FPS
