Jare's Proposal Six for Yield Generating Opportunity: add Partner/Referral to RAY #8

Why

As @dpurhar27 mentioned via Telegram, the partner + referral system in place for staking is not yet in place for RAY. Should this be integrated into RAY, FOMO like I have on my blog would yield more RAY contributions and liquidity: https://jare.cloud/2020/01/14/top-money-making-decentralized-finance-defi-applications/

Solution

Someone visiting Staked.us that signs up for an (anonymous) RAY using an existing Staked Partner link would have their referrer's ID tied to that referrer in the smart contract. This would then give a residual % of the fees to the referrer. This could be tiered and marketed many different ways to accelerate the organic growth of RAY.

Considerations

People will want their RAYs to remain anonymous, without necessarily having an account. This is crucial and part of Satoshi's vision.

This idea makes sense generally. Some considerations re: incentives and rewards needs to be thought about. I can see this being built as a smart contract on a secondary layer over RAY. My initial thought is the rewards need to be tied to a % of the yield the referral generates in RAY. This way, the partner is awarded based on size and length of referral deposits.
