i fixed my pet peeves with this mod #2

changed svd anims to insurgency, added a 20 round mag att for the svd, changed the akm,ak104,and ak74s reload animations to the fast version of the anims from ins:s(cause why do you keep an empty mag) , basically fixing all my pet peeves with this mod
