/communities: Many cards have invalid Discord or Slack links #24

/communities cards: "AI Alignment, Inc." navigates to https://www.aisafety.com/bwachter@scu.edu, which displays a 404 page. "AI Outreach" navigates to https://www.aisafety.com/max-kircher.ai@protonmail.com, which displays a 404 page. "AISafety.com Reading Group" just redirects to the home page of AISafety.com. "Developmental Interpretability" has no description.

@ricewithabee could you troubleshoot this? I believe communities is connected to airtable, but I'm not sure where the airtable pulls it's data, or whether we have the ability to fix this. If not that's fine lmk and I'll own it.
