If we put local communities on its own page then we can just link to that page

My point was just that the second related resource doesn't link anywhere at the moment – presumably because the resource doesn't exist.

I've changed the link to https://www.lesswrong.com/community. We considered building our own version of this page back at the Hackathon, but encountered a lot of technical difficulties, and put it on the back-burner.
