New section for glossary #49

https://github.com/StampyAI/stampy-ui/issues/272 is asking for a new section in a GDoc for glossary (name of section not specified yet)

For that we need to first figure out where to store the info in Coda, then update the parser, then update the UI...

would this be a new column? Or would it be better to just have a new table for the glossary and do things properly?
