Out of date URL #79

api/get_blocks.py line 63 points to the demo site.

We should probably setup a way to change central environment constants like this at some point, anyways. I'm out of the loop rn (laptop dead with charger in another city, writing from my phone 😔✌️) but this might be a good first issue if someone wants to try it. Also worth checking that #19 / #20 is still solved post server migration.

After testing with @henri123lemoine, seems like the endpoint https://chat.stampy.ai:8443/chat is totally functional :)
