Default when PINECONE not supplied #94

When the PINECONE_API_KEY is not supplied, it should use chat.stampy.ai:PORT not railway.

Since the format for the pinecone has changed, this now gives an error: Block._ init _ () got an unexpected keyword argument 'author'
