Chatbot: hook up feedback to back end #604

When user clicks thumbs up it is recorded in Discord (choose channel and what appears) When user clicks thumbs down it is recorded in Discord (choose channel and what appears) Feedback from thumbs down responses including the category the user chose and the comment left appears in Discord channel(I think? where?)

Ultimately we'll probably stock it in SQL databases
