Changing Datatype fails when Editing Source #154

Open pevandenburie opened 5 years ago

pevandenburie commented 5 years ago

Version: Scirius CE v1.2.4

When a Source was created using "Method: Upload" and "Datatype: Individual Signatures file", if I edit later to change to "Datatype: Individual Signatures file" then brows to the rules file, I get the error "Tar does not contain a 'rules' directory". As if the new Datatype was not taken in account.

Please note this fails also when editing the other way around.

Please try out the latest stable Scirius , you are mentioning you are using 1.2.x which is outdated.

Thanks for pointing that. I used the Scirius version provided with SELKS-4.0-desktop.iso, thinking it was the last version.

If you use selks then you can upgrade like so - https://github.com/StamusNetworks/SELKS/wiki/SELKS-upgrades
