Error "form is not valid" when add sourse #162

Hi! I am using SELKS 5.0 Beta1, Scirius CE v3.0.0 When trying to add the source oisf/trafficid via: Sources add -> Add public source -> Suricata Traffic ID ruleset, after clicking the "Submit" button, the following error appears: "form is not valid". When adding other sources there is no error.

There is no error. The source has already been added. I'm sorry.
