keyboard does not show up

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.just installed its on in settings but still havestandard keyboard

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?a 5 row keyboard
the standard keyboard

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system
(iPhone/iPod Touch? Firmware version?)?3.0
