on friday, after the debate, we should:

revert the homepage CTA to a sign-up CTA for unauthenticated and a register to vote CTA for authenticated (see https://github.com/Stand-With-Crypto/swc-web/commit/3cf49b652e5326713bc5a94f68c270871bac8069 for copy/images)
Remove the CNN action from active actions

We should ideally have this PR prepped and approved so we can merge friday AM
