[Admin][Post tweet] No validation message is showing post submitting tweet successfully #21

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open this link https://standwithpalestine.info/home/
  2. Click login admin , admin@pass
  3. Click on post tweet
  4. this this as tweet "#StandWithPalestine" and submit

Actual results: No validation message in case user submit post successfully.
