this fixes and migrates SCExample to Cocoapods #11

This PR moves from git submodules to Cocoapods.

I don´t know what you fixed, but SCExample does not currently work. I run latest xcode in new Mac Mini M, and followed all the steps in readme and SC website iOS how-to, but most frameworks are absent and solution naturally fails to compile. Screenshot 2020-12-04 at 17 03 29

So is the example cocoapods or git submodule based now? How to find/compile these missing red frameworks?
