Add installation instructions #31

Update README.md to include instructions about how to install and run a server using the provided scripts.

Hey, i have this error : Failed to launch the program: The command was not found or was not executable: ts3server_minimal_runscript.sh.

How fix it ? And is also the same for steam games, i have downloaded files steamcmd, and TS, in the JAR repertory, but i have somes errors.. :

Hey there. The pulp server seems to be returning 404. What did the .zip/.tar.gz files contain, I am attempting to get this one fixed.
