@curt-f I know it is clunky to have a bunch of PDFs floating around in the repo, but I am thinking that having them centrally here is easier so we can reference protocols. Telling someone to look for a specific PDF here is way easier than digging it out of email.

Before merging (assuming this is something you are good with) maybe we can come up with a list of the other manuals and trouble-shooting guides we should have in here.
